Video of the Week

First of all, we're sorry you're here.  You wouldn't be here unless you were injured and being a competitive athlete, we know there is nothing worse than being hurt.  The coaches and doctors involved with the West Ranch distance program have developed workouts to help our injured runners "get back on their feet again" (you see what I did there???!!)  The goal is to maintain and increase your fitness, while healing from your injuries.  We will be doing full cardio workouts and muscle strengthening excercises specifically designed to heal you and prevent further injury.  

 

The goal is simple:  we want you to get better faster and be a contributor right away.  

 

These workouts are not suggestions - they are required of all injured runners to be part of the team.  They are monitored very closely by all the coaches and they are specifically tailored to the injury the athlete suffers from.  Attendence is therefore required.

 

Workouts will mirror the team workouts for the day - that means when the team is doing 2 a days, the injured athletes are doing 2 a days as well.  

 

We want you out there running with the main team.   We feel confident that you will soon be there.
